pd33 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the pd33 website accessible at pd33.io, including all sub-pages, services, products, betting markets, casino games, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the pd33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pd33 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your pd33 account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentive balances credited to your account by pd33, which are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games or betting markets before it, or any winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn as real-money funds.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sports betting market, casino game, live dealer game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Services" means, collectively, all betting, gaming, promotional, support, and account management services made available to Players through the pd33 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1  By creating an account on pd33, by depositing funds, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.2  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pd33 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

2.3  pd33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4  If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, lawful, and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The pd33 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. pd33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified to our satisfaction. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned net of any bonuses claimed, and no winnings will be paid.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pd33 Platform is operated for and targeted at players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited under applicable laws governing your personal circumstances. pd33 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a pd33 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of the details you have provided change. pd33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active pd33 account. If pd33 identifies that a Player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same identity or under a different name or contact details — pd33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit all balances held across those accounts, and permanently bar the individual from the Platform. This policy applies without exception.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

pd33 may at any point require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures before processing a withdrawal or at any other time at our discretion. Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth certificate, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by pd33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4. Account Management

4.1  You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your pd33 account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances. pd33 will never ask you for your password, whether by email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.2  If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pd33 immediately by emailing [email protected]. pd33 will take reasonable steps to protect your account following such notification, but accepts no liability for any losses incurred prior to notification.

4.3  Players may request the closure of their pd33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms set out in Section 6.

4.4  pd33 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a continuous period of 12 months. Players will be notified prior to closure of an inactive account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method.

5. Responsible Gaming

5.1  pd33 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players across Bangladesh. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

5.2  Players who wish to set a deposit limit, take a cooling-off break, or apply a self-exclusion to their account should contact [email protected] or access the responsible gaming controls within their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired.

5.3  During any active self-exclusion period, the Player must not attempt to open a new pd33 account or use any other means to access the Platform. Any account found to be operating in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and any funds deposited during that period returned.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

pd33 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pd33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method, account tier, and any applicable regulatory thresholds. pd33 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pd33 account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's network. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance. pd33 shall not be responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. pd33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments that have not previously been used to fund the Player's account.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pd33 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with applicable standards. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. pd33 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds are connected to illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering. In such circumstances, pd33 may be required to file a report with the relevant authorities without notifying the Player.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  pd33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to new and existing Players. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.2  Unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount on eligible products before any withdrawal can be made. Wagers placed on certain game types (including but not limited to live casino, baccarat, and blackjack) may count at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Full contribution rates for each game type will be stated in the promotional terms.

7.3  Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular betting patterns to exploit a bonus, or any other strategy that pd33 reasonably determines to constitute an attempt to circumvent the spirit of a promotion — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, the forfeiture of any winnings generated from it, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.4  pd33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal or amendment does not adversely affect any Player who has already commenced wagering activity under the terms of the promotion in good faith.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1  All bets placed on pd33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sporting event, betting market, or casino game. These rules are published within the relevant product section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.2  pd33 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, palpably incorrect odds, or any other manifest error on the Platform. Where a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the Player's account in full. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.

8.3  Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the pd33 system cannot subsequently be cancelled or amended by the Player except where the Platform expressly offers a cash-out or bet edit function, and only within the time window and at the value provided by that function.

8.4  Winnings from all casino games and sports betting markets are calculated and credited automatically upon the settlement of the relevant event or game round. pd33 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that settlement is accurate and timely, but shall not be liable for any delay caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to late official results, data provider outages, or technical disruption.

8.5  pd33 reserves the right to re-settle any market or game round where it is determined that an initial settlement was made in error, whether due to a technical fault, incorrect data, or an error in the application of the relevant rules. In the event of a re-settlement, Player account balances will be adjusted accordingly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pd33 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account or attempting to access the Platform following a self-exclusion or permanent ban.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pd33 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without their consent.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, hedging across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotions.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1  All content on the pd33 Platform — including but not limited to the pd33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game content provided by third-party studios, and the overall structure and presentation of the Platform — is the intellectual property of pd33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pd33.

10.3  All game content available on the pd33 Platform is supplied under licence from the respective game studios, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Those studios retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game content. pd33 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1  pd33 provides its Platform and Services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free availability of the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

11.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pd33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

11.3  pd33's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pd33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1  pd33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at pd33.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

12.2  Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted to receive them. We will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

12.3  pd33 uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and our servers. While we take all reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You transmit data to us at your own risk.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1  pd33 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, pd33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. The effective date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

13.2  Your continued use of the pd33 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 4.3.

14. Governing Law

14.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pd33 Platform that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process shall be subject to resolution through binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as pd33 may designate from time to time.

14.2  pd33 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate or lawful for access in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players who access the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and on their own initiative, and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
